Structure threads — personally or for the whole team.
Tags (labels) structure threads beyond folders — by topic, priority or status, for example. A thread can carry several tags.
Personal vs. team tags
- Personal tags are visible only to you — good for your own organisation.
- Team tags are visible to all members and keep the shared mailbox consistently structured.
Applying tags
In an open thread, use "+ Tag" to add an existing tag or create a new one (with name and colour). Tags are visible in the thread list, and you can filter by them.
Tagging automatically via filters
Tags can also be applied automatically: a filter rule can tag incoming threads based on conditions (sender, subject …) — and optionally assign them to a person at the same time. That way requests are pre-sorted right on arrival.
