AI is built right into Astreo and ready to use, with nothing for you to set up. Cost is included in the subscription and runs through a shared, monthly team quota (in tokens). If a limit is configured, you'll see usage as a bar in the AI settings.
Reply suggestions
At the push of a button, Astreo creates a reply draft from the thread, which you refine in the editor. You decide the tone and the facts in the end.
Translation
Incoming messages can be translated, and you can phrase replies in the other person's language - handy for international customers.
Grammar
Before sending, the AI can smooth grammar and style on request, without taking the content out of your hands.
Privacy & the draft principle
