Filter rules (conditions & actions)
Filter rules automate recurring steps. A rule consists of conditions (when it applies) and actions (what should happen).
- Conditions: e.g. sender, recipient, subject or content — individually or combined.
- Actions: e.g. move to a folder, mark as read, set a tag or assign the thread to a person.
A key advantage: Astreo applies rules server-side — so they take effect in all your clients, not just Astreo.
Set tag / assign via filter
Especially useful for the team inbox: a rule can automatically tag incoming threads and at the same time assign them to the right person. Example: everything from a certain domain gets the tag "existing customer" and goes to the responsible colleague. That way requests are sorted right on arrival.
Spam blacklist
Block unwanted senders in one click via the blacklist. The block works server-side and permanently — mail from those senders never reaches your inbox in the first place.
